Q: How do I request a custom piece?🤔
You can submit a request through the websites Contact Us page or my social media DMs. Please include size, theme, color palette, and any references or inspiration.

Q: How long does it take to complete a custom artwork?⏲️
Turnaround is typically **3-5** business days depending on size and detail. **Please note this does not include processing and shipping**
All listed products on the site must be contacted and have been confirmed for alterations or custom touches separately BEFORE purchasing.
Please provide a contact method for me to reach out with any questions and confirmation your request is doable.

Q: What kind of event services do you offer?✨
I provide **custom decor, backdrops, centerpieces, balloon setups**, for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, christenings, baptisms , Family and corporate events.
Additionally I offer custom Party Favors and Souvenirs to help make your one-of-a-kind event unforgettable
Q: How far in advance should I book event services?📆
At least **3–4 weeks in advance** is best to ensure availability and time for custom elements.
If you’ve surpassed this booking time limit still reach out! If my availability allows my team will contact you with my availability.
Q: Do you offer setup and breakdown services?🤝
Yes! For events in the NYC area, setup and breakdown are an optional add-on to most packages.

Absolutely! I offer bundle packages where you can mix items to suit your event needs.

Yes! I design and hand-make **custom T-shirts** using HTV vinyl,DTF, fabric paint, and unique design techniques.
Additionally I hand-make Sweatshirts,Hoodies and other apparel.

Definitely! Whether it’s for birthdays, bridal parties, or business promos—I’ve got you covered.

Sizes range from **youth XS to adult 3XL**. Custom cuts or styles (like cropped, oversized) can also be requested based on availability .

Yes, I ship artwork, apparel, and favors across the U.S. and internationally.Shipping fees vary based on item size and weight and expedited shipping fees.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?📍
Local pickup is available in select NYC areas. We'll coordinate location and time when your order is ready.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?💳
I accept **Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal**, and all major credit cards. A 30 % deposit applied to your total is required to place and confirm all custom orders.
Q: What is your cancellation/refund policy?👎
Due to the custom nature of my work, **all sales are final**. If an issue arises, I’ll work with you to make it right
